Lakeside Oils Ltd was founded in 2010 by Hayley & Robert Khan and operated from premises in Rainham, Essex. With a small fleet of fuel tankers, the core business was to supply local businesses with their fuel requirements and when they began hauling for other Fuel Distributors the fleet grew to 13.

In 2018 with a new Management Team and sales force on board the business transitioned to a dedicated Fuel Distribution business under a trading name of Fusion Fuels.

 Behind the Management and Sales Team are experienced personnel that represented the fuel distribution business previously as a very successful 2nd generation of a family business that became renowned for superior quality customer service from cradle to grave, carrying the Royal Warrant as its hallmark.

Fusion Fuels has evolved dramatically and its niche market is serving the Off Highway sector which includes Demolition, Piling, Civil Engineering & Construction markets, along with Agricultural & Horticultural, Commercial Heating and Haulage sectors.

Along our journey we have attained accreditations with the Freight Transport Association, have been approved with a full membership of UKIFDA, the trade association for the liquid fuels distribution industry as well as carrying FORS Gold recognition and lastly achieved ISO9001.
